摘要
阐述了以人为本是处理人与自然关系的基本准则。人与自然关系的演变经过了天本、物本和人本3个阶段。要解决人与自然关系的矛盾,必须树立以人为本的有机自然观。以人为本包含3个原则:合理性原则、公平性原则和创造性原则。
People-first is the basic standard to deal with the relationship between nature and human-being. The development of this relationship has undergone three stages： nature oriented, material oriented and people oriented. To resolve the contradiction between nature and hunan-being, we must acquire an organic people oriented outlook, which contains three principles： rational principle, just principle and creative principle.
