摘要
提取金黄色葡萄球菌的总RNA,应用荧光定量RT-PCR对多药耐药转运蛋白NorA基因mRNA表达水平进行定量检测的结果表明:中度耐药(CIP)的菌株(4mg/L≤MIC≤64mg/L)NorA基因mRNA表达水平为敏感菌株的5~17倍.强耐药菌株(MIC≥128mg/L)为敏感菌的1~2倍。
Expression level of NorA gene was deteced in general RNA extracted from S. aureus by fluorescent quantitation RT-PCR. The results indicated that expression level of NorA gene in midrange resistant strain (4 mg/L≤MIC≤64 mg/L) was 5-17 times than that in sensitive strain. The expression level of NorA gene in powerful resistant strain(MIC≥128 mg/L) was 1-2 times than that in sensitive strain.
