摘要
首先,基于配电网潮流解的可行性提出了一种电压稳定性指标,用它可以方便地计算出各节点电压稳定性指标值。然后,对该电压稳定性指标进行分析,得出配电网降低线损与电压稳定性之间的关系,即当降低配电网的线损时,各节点的电压稳定水平提高,系统稳定运行。最后通过算例表明,实现了线损最低的重构后的配电网,其电压稳定性指标也得以最优化,提高了供电的经济性和安全性。
Distribution network reconfiguration is a nonlinear combinatorial optimization problem, a reconfigured distribution network operating at a minimum loss condition has some added advantages with increased voltage stability. In the first instance, a voltage stability index based on the feasible solution of load flow is proposed. It is easy to compute the index value at every node. Afterwards, by analysing this index, one can establish a relation between voltage stability and loss minimization in distribution networks. When power loss in distribution network decreased, the voltage stability is improved. Finally, test results indicate that a reconfigured distribution network operating at a minimum loss condition optimizes voltage stability index. Consequently, the economy and security of power supply can be increased.
