摘要
介绍了中厚板轧机过程控制系统的组成和功能,根据中厚板轧制过程的特点,详细分析了模块间数据的通讯方式.在现场应用的基础上,提出了系统软件的设计规划,建立了通讯与模型相分离的两层进程的软件体系结构,完全满足了过程控制系统运行的安全和稳定,简化了系统的调试和维护.软件体系结构采用了易于扩展的开放性设计,使其适用性更强,这种结构同样适用于冷却过程计算机系统的开发.
The architecture and functions of the control system we developed for plate rolling process were introduced according to the characteristics of the process. How the data communication is implemented among the modules used was analyzed in detail. Based on the application in site, a conceptual design was suggested for the system software to constitute a two-level software hierarchy of process control of which the communication is separated from the process model. Such a hierarchy meets all the safe and stable requirement for the operation of the process control system and simplifies the debugging procedure and maintenance for the system. Introducing the expandable open design into the software hierarchy, the adaptability of the control system becomes stronger. Such a hierarchy is adaptable to the dcvelopment of cooling process control as well.
