摘要
扼要论述了青岛市水资源面临短缺的严重形势，认为解决青岛地区水危机仅靠传统开发水资源方式已很困难，必需积极利用青岛的科技、资源优势，开发新水源：①推广海水直接利用，形成产业。②加强海水淡化及综合利用研究，为下世纪大规模开发利用海水做好准备。③强化人工增雨工程实施。
The paper breifly introduced the situation of serious shortage of the fresh water resource in Qingdao area, east coast port city in China. The author thinks that only relying development and utilization of traditional fresh water resource is not eough. and suggests thet some specid attentions shuld paid to dwveloping new water resoures as follows:①Direct wtiligation of seawater.②Seawater desalination industry. ③Artifical precipitation.
