摘要 抗磷脂综合征（antiphospholipid syndrome，APS）是由HughesG（1983）首次描述，1985年正式命名的一种新发现的非器官特异性自身免疫性疾病，临床表现为复发性动脉、静脉血栓形成，习惯性流产和血小板减少等，又称抗磷脂-血栓形成综合征（antiphospholipid—thrombosissyndrome，APL—T）或Hughes综合征。APS分原发性和继发性两类，前者无任何诱因，后者继发于多种疾病，以结缔组织病为主，如系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）、类风湿性关节炎等，以及各种感染、肿瘤、应用某些药物等。
