摘要
科学研究是中专教育和高等教育的重要组成部分,它对中专学校和高等学校教学、教师素质提高、人才培养等都具有重要价值。这种价值是伴随着彼此之间相互矛盾关系的解决而走向统一的,其价值的实现当然需要创设相应的条件。
Scientific research is an important part in technical secondary school and college education.It is very valuable to the education of technical secondary school and college promotion of teacher＇s quality,bringing up talents.These kind of value comes to an unifecation in company with the solution of conflicts between them.Certain conditions must he created to actualize this value.We analyze and discusse all of them in this paper.
