摘要
目的观察针药并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为针药组158例,针刺组60例,中药组60例,进行对比观察。结果针药组痊愈率和有效率明显高于针刺组与中药组,经统计学处理,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用能提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on lumber intervertbral disc protrusion. Methods The patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture-medicine group of 158 cases, an acupuncture group of 60 cases and a herbal medicine group of 60 cases. A comparative investigation was carried out. Results The cure rate and the effective rate were significantly higher in the acupuncture-medicine group than in the acupuncture group and in the herbal medicine group. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Clinically, combined use of acupuncture and medicine can improve the curative effect.
