散射颗粒分布对二维随机激光器腔内各模式的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用时域有限差分法数值求解Maxwell方程组,分析了二维随机激光器中光波模式的频谱特性。计算表明,处于不同分布区域的散射颗粒对腔内不同模式的影响有很大差并,处于该模式空间分布区域的散射颗粒比区域外的颗粒对模式有更大的影响。这个特性是随机激光器所独有,并可以用来进行随机激光器的模式选择。 The spectral character of optical modes in two-dimensional random lasers is analyzed by using the finite difference time domain method to numerically solve Maxwell equations. The results indicate that the scatters in different area have different effects on the modes in random lasers. For a special mode, the scatters among its spatial distribution area have more contribution than those outside. This property owned by random lasers only, and it can be used in mode-selection.
