摘要 以草酸氧钛酸为前驱物,采用“浸溃-提拉法”在玻璃纤维丝基体上生成纳米TiO2前驱物薄膜,经过热分解得到纳米TiO2光降解触媒丝。XRD分析表明触媒丝表面薄膜为锐钛矿型TiO2,SEM形貌分析表明有部分小额粒TiO2团聚在薄膜表面,颗粒粒度≤100nm。该纳米TiO2光降解触媒丝能够在1h内使罗丹明B在紫外光作用下降解66.67%~72.22%。 The TiO2 photocatalytic glass fiber was prepared by calcinating precursor thin film which was filmed on glass fiber using the "dip-lift" method. The main ingredient of the precursor is H2[TiO (C2O4)2] and TiO(C2O4) . The XRD results show that the surface crystal of the prepared TiO2 photocatalytic glass fiber is pure anatase. The SEM surface morphology analysis results show that there is some little particle TiO2 conglomerated on the film surface and the size of the particle filmed on the glass fiber is less than 100 nm. Under ultraviolet radiation, butylrhodamine-B may be photodegraded 66.67-72.22% in an hour by the prepared photocatalytic glass fiber.
