摘要
以数值模拟的方式对某小型离心压气机内部三维流场进行了详细的研究,得到相应的特性曲线与主要的参数分布。计算结果的分析表明,在设计点其结果与设计值基本吻合;在堵塞状态时径向扩压器和轴向扩压器中都存在不同程度的分离,尤其是轴向扩压器中分离现象更为严重,这些都造成了不同程度的气流损失,导致了效率的降低;数值计算结果对进一步改进此类压气机设计有一定参考价值。
A three-dimensional flow field of a high -speed centrifugal compressor has been investigated by numerical simulation in this paper. The characteristic curve and primary parameter of different rotation speed has been obtained. The numerical results indieate that the separation flow in axial and radial diffuser was severely, especially in the axial diffuser, whieh could decrease the efficiency of this centrifugal compressor. The numerieal results could be used in the improving and redesign of the compressor.
