摘要
目的探讨高血压性视网膜病变血小板活化及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术对73例原发性高血压患者(其中高血压性视网膜病变Ⅰ、Ⅱ级者35例,高血压性视网膜病变Ⅲ、Ⅳ级者38例)及35名正常对照者外周血血小板活化分子标记物颗粒蛋白(GMP)CD62P、CD63进行了检测。结果原发性高血压者组CD62P、CD63阳性表达率分别为(6.10±7.15)%、(7.57±4.54)%均显著高于健康对照组(0.71±0.40)%、(2.91±1.69)%(P<0.01),高血压性视网膜病变Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组高于高血压性视网膜病变Ⅰ、Ⅱ级组(P<0.05)。结论检测活化血小板对高血压性视网膜病变的早期诊断具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To study the alteration and clinical significance of platelet membrane glycoprotein in patients with hypertensive retinopathy. Methods Using flow cytometry (FCM), We detected the expression of platelet- activation molecules CD62P and CD63 on peripheral platelets in 73 patients with primary hypertension (35 cases with hypertensive retinopathy Ⅰ ,Ⅱ , 38 cases with hypertensive retinopathy Ⅲ ) and in 35 healthy controls. Results The positive percentage of platelet CD62P and CD63 in the patient with primary hypertension group was (6.10 ± 7.15) %, (7.57 ± 4.54) % respectively, Which was significandy higher than those in healthy control group (0.71 ± 0.40) %, ( 2.91 ± 1.69) % .The level of playlet glyeoprotein in patients with hypertensive retinopathy Ⅲ, Ⅳ is higher significantly than that in patients with hypertensive retinopathy Ⅰ , Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion The determination of activated plaelet is importance of clinical significance in the early diagnosis for hypertensive retinopathy.
