摘要
提出了在厂网分开的电力市场条件下电网采购电力电量的4种类型,并给出了一种基于全局最优的实用调度计划方法,即对电网购电电量用K-T算法进行优化求解,得到4种类型的购电电量,再用系数法求得[0,T]时段4种类型的购电计划曲线,同时提出了保证实施购电计划严肃性的操作方法。
Four type of electricity purchase methods after the separation of power" plant from grid" are presented and a practical dispatch plan method hased on global optimization is given, which means optimal resolving electricity purchase by K-T algorithm and gets four type of purchasing electricity and electricity purchasing plan curve by means of coefficient method during period of [0, T]. Operation method that can guarantee the seriousness of electricity purchase plan is also introduced.
