鄱阳湖南矶山自然保护区沼泽湿地土壤对NH_4^+-N吸附能力的研究 被引量:18

摘要 湿地土壤能有效地对营养物质滤过截留,是氮素和磷素的储藏库,能减轻水体由于氮素和磷素过高而引起的富营养化,通过土壤样品的吸附试验,研究了位于鄱阳湖南部的南矶山自然保护区沼泽湿地土壤对NH+4-N的吸附能力。结果表明,供试土壤对NH+4-N的吸附符合Langmuir、Freundlich、Temkin方程,最大吸附量为222.22mg·kg-1土,吸附常数为0.5294,最大缓冲容量(MBC)为117.65mg·kg-1土。其较强的吸附能力,使它在稳定整个鄱阳湖生态系统中发挥巨大作用。另一方面,它储存的营养物质也将为湿地中生物群落所利用,对湿地生态系统的生产力影响突出。因此,加强保护湿地土壤对鄱阳湖生态系统的稳定非常重要。 Wetland soil which has special characteristics and functions is one of the important factors in the wetland ecosystem. Its purification for nutrient from the water flow can relieve the water eutrophication, which is the result of the excess of N and P. Wetland soil is the storage of N. Ammonium is one of the main forms of N. Adsorption experiment of wetland soll samples taken from the Nanjishan Nature Reserve in the south of Poyang Lake was conducted in this paper. The results showed that the dynamics of ammonium adsorption of the tested soil could be expressed by Langmuir,Freundlich and Temkin equations. The maximum adsorption amount was 222.22 mg·kg^-1 soil, the adsorption constant was 0.5294,MBC was 117.65 mg·kg^-1 soil. The strong adsorption makes the wetland soil play an important role in the stabilization of the Poyang Lake ecosystem. On the other hand, the nutrient it provides could be utilized by biology community in the wetland and af- fects the productivity of the wetland. Thus effective conservation of wetland soil is very important to the Poyang Lake water eutrophication control and stabilization of ecosystem.
