摘要
目的观察高压氧治疗中重度新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的疗效。方法对156例患者随机分为两组,两组患儿均给予常规及对症治疗,治疗组加用高压氧治疗。结果治疗组有效率为93.83%,对照组有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗中重度新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的疗效较好。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） in the treatment of miderate to severe hyoxic ischemic encephalopathy （HIE） in full term infant. Methods 156 patients with HIE were randomly divided into the treating group and control group. Both groups were received routine treatment. The treating group were treated with HBO. Results The total effective rate was 93.83% in the treating group while that was 73.33 % in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion HBO has better therapeutic effect on HIE.
