摘要
针对大庆油田杏1~3区乙块三次加密试验区大段、多点、不连续窜槽井问题,提出了相应的管外窜槽检测及治理对茕。针对三次加密井开发要求,选用了可以小剂量使用的成本较低的速凝类高强度堵剂,即氰凝作为封窜剂,利用氰凝在井下遇水即快速反应、凝固的特点来迭到封窜目的,并对封窜工艺管柱进行了技术攻关,使之具备一套成熟的防卡、解卡措施。该技术堵后耐温50℃,承压15MPa以上,且有效期长,易解堵,施工动用设备少,施工安全。费用低。应用该技术完成30口井现场施工,工艺成功率94 .3%,并取得了较好的降水增油效果。该项技术的研究与应用为解决三次加密井窜槽问题、改善试验区开发效果提供了有效的技术支持。
In view of long hole section,milt-point,disconnected channels of Xing 1~3 block in Daqing oilfield,proposed countermeasure for detect and treatment channels outside tube.According to isolated water testing can find channel position of production water,and confirm with string channel detection method.Selected cyanogens as block agent for tertiary infill well,which has characters of small dosage,less expensive,rapid setting and high intensity,and created a set of technology for block channels use cyanogens rapid reaction with water and frozen characters,blocked channels can resist 50 ℃,15 MPa and with long useful-life,Applied this technology for 30 wells,and success ratio reached to 94.3%.It can treat the channel problem of a well preferably.
