介绍了衡阳华菱钢管(集团)有限公司为扩大Φ89 mm半浮动芯棒连轧管机组生产规格而确定的典型产品Φ114 mm×4.5 mm的穿孔、连轧、张力减径孔型设计方案。详细描述了连轧管机组Φ126 mm孔型设计的解析方法及试生产情况。生产实际表明,该孔型设计合理,易于掌握,轧制的产品质量优良,机组的产品规格可扩大至Φ25~121 mm×2.5~16 mm,且生产能力也能充分发挥。
Described in the article are the groove design solution for the piercer, mandrel mill and stretchreducing mill to produce typical Ф114 mm × 4.5 mm pipe size under the product range expansion program of the Ф89 mm semi-floating mandrel pipe mill by Hengyang Hualing Steel Tube(Group) Co., Ltd. Elaborated are the analytical method as used for design of the Ф126 mm groove and the trial operation with the said groove. The operation result shows that the said groove is rationale and easy to use, and capable of producing quality tubes. As a result, the product range has been expanded to Ф 25 - 121 mm × 2.5 - 16 mm, and the mill' s productivity fully tapped.
