摘要
通过对配气机构的运动规律进行分析,揭示了气门间隙与气门落座角、气门落座速度、气门落座加速度之间的内在联系;并利用气门落座段缸盖振动信号的时间参数和能量参数进行气门间隙异常诊断。同时,指出选取最大燃爆压力段附近的缸盖振动信号,进行高频成分分析,是诊断气门密封不严的关键。
Through analyzing law of motion for admission gear, the thesis opens out the internal relations of valve lash, valve crash angle, valve crash speed and valve crash acceleration and does abnormal diagnose of valve cash via the ,time and energy parameters of valve crash cylinder head vibration signal. It gets the key of diagnosing valve seal not close lies in analyzing its high-frequency component through selecting the cylinder head vibration signal close the maximum burning and exploding pressure step.
