摘要
2003年下半年以来,国际油价在震荡上行中连创新高,标志着高油价时代的到来。国际油价的飙升是多种因素交互作用的合力结果。虽然油价对世界经济的冲击在弱化,这些年来油价上涨也没有引发世界经济危机,但油价长时间的高位运行拖累了各国经济增长的速度,而且对石油需求缺口不断扩大的中国经济产生了不可忽视的影响。
Considering of the fact that the oil price has rising and fluctuating constantly since the mid of 2003, it is believed that the world has entered a new era of high oil price. The violent rising of the oil price is an converged result of many factors. Although the collision effect from oil price on world economy is weakening and a global economic crisis did not occur for the soaring oil price, the constant high level of oil price has really dragged on the speed of economic development of many countries. Moreover since China＇s demand gap on oil has ever increased in recent years, it has also exerted severe influences on China＇s economy.
