摘要
分析了电力系统的通讯系统和电力实时监控系统在数据通信方面所存在的问题，论述了建网目的、思想及方法，概述了在华东电网网省市电力调度以及大型厂站，建立数据通信网（包括数字数据网和分组交换网）以及实时信息网的设计方案。
The problems existed in data communication for power communication system and real-time monitoring system are analysed and the purpose, concept and method for establishment of the communication network are described, and the design scheme of data communication network, including digital data network and packet switched network, for dispatching center (including provicial and municipal dispatching stations) and large power plants subtastions in ECPN.
