摘要
近年来我国对自然垄断产业进行了一系列改革。本文在总结我国自然垄断产业改革进展的基础上,通过系统分析我国自然垄断产业目前的市场结构和存在的市场进入障碍以及限制竞争行为,提出了关于我国垄断行业进一步强化竞争机制的政策建议。
China natural monopoly industries have been changed in recent years. By comprehensively reviewing the reform development of China natural monopoly industries, this paper analyzes the market structure, entry barriers and main anti-competition behaviors of China natural monopoly industries, and then concludes with policy implications for strengthening competition mechanism for China natural monopoly industries.
