摘要
对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定矿泉水中锰含量的不确定度进行了系统分析,对不确定度分量进行了计算,最后计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。同时通过评估,得出影响锰含量测定不确定度的主要因素。
Comprehensive analysis on the uncertainty in the FAAS determination of manganese in mineral water, including the whole measurement process, was done from the uncertainty source by quantizing uncertainty component, etc. in order to determine expanding uncertainty and synthesizing standard uncertainty. Meanwhile, the major factors affecting the uncertainty in the determination of manganese were found out by evaluation.
