摘要
目的自制外展枕主要用于全髋关节置换术后患者,以解决术后人工髋关节脱位的问题,使患者便利和舒适,减少并发症的发生,巩固手术效果,促其早日康复回归社会。方法采用随机分组,取临床上行全髋关节置换术患者60例,分实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组术后应用外展枕固定,对照组采用传统式皮牵引和枕头固定,观察二者的固定效果、术后髋关节脱位及皮肤过敏、擦伤的发生情况。结果实验组的固定效果好,均无上述并发症发生,对照组发生髋关节脱位2例占6.6%,皮肤擦伤2例占6.6%和皮肤过敏5例占16%,实验组明显优于对照组,经统计学处理P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论外展枕自临床应用以来,减少了传统式固定方法所带来的不便,得到了患者和医者的高度肯定,具有一定的使用和推广价值。
Objective To introduce self--made abduction pillow for patients with post--operative of total hip replacement （THR）in order to reduce complications incidence, improve operative effect and patients＇ recovery. Methods 60 patients with post--operative of THR were divided randomly into two groups：experimental group and control group; 30 patients in each group. The fixation of abduction pillows were used in experimental group,while traditional skin traction and soft pillow were used in control group. Incidence of post--operative complications and fixation effect of two groups were compared. Resuits Patients in experimental group did not occur complications. In control group, 2 patients suffered hip joint dislocation,2 suffered dermatic contusion and 5 suffered dermatic allergy. By statistics, there was significant difference in eifect between two groups and the effect of experimental group was better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Abduction pillow can reduce post--operative complications and be worth generalizing.
