摘要 研究宿主体内带质粒微生物和不带质粒微生物的竞争关系.在分析相应数学模型动力学行为的基础上,获得了依赖于具有生物学意义参数的所有8种可能的结果.在对质粒模型分析的基础上,进一步分析抗生素的杀菌效果,这些抗生素是临床上通过注射、口服和输液而进入宿主体内.结果表明抗生素的剂量越大,带质粒微生物幸存的可能性越大,也就是说产生抗生素耐受的几率越大. The competition between plasmid-bearing organisms and plasmid4ree organisms in the host was researched. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model, this paper obtained all possible results of the competition dependent on biologically meaningful parameters. With the analysis of the plasmid model, the sterilizing effect was discussed when an antibiotic was added to the host by injection, taking orally or transfusion. The results show that more dosage of antibiotics, more chances of survival for the plasmidbearing organisms, i. e. , more danger of the resistance of antibiotics.
