摘要
目的研究中药利肺片治疗慢性支气管炎肺肾两虚型的临床疗效。方法采用多中心、随机、盲法、百令胶囊平行对照的临床研究设计,观察利肺片对慢支患者的临床症状、肺功能、免疫功能、生活质量的影响。结果治疗组96例,总有效率为85.42%,对照组50例,总有效率为62.00%(P<0.05);两组的主要症状和体征均改善,但治疗组对咳嗽、咯痰、喘促、乏力等症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量的改善优于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者的肺功能和免疫功能的改善相当。结论利肺片能有效改善慢支患者的临床症状、肺功能及免疫功能,并提高其生活质量。
To study the effects of ＂Lifei Tablet＂ in the treatment of chronic bronchitis of lung-kidney deficiency, multi-center random and blind methods were adopted to compare the effects of ＂Bailing Capsule＂ and ＂Lifei Tablet＂ on clinical symptoms, lung functions, immunity and life quality. Results： The total effective rate was 85.42% in treatment group and 62.00% in control group, P 〈0.05; the chief symptoms and signs were improved in both groups, with better results in cough,, breathlessness and fatigue in treatment group （P〈0.05）; the life quality was improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）; the lung functions and immunity improvement was similar in two groups. It is indicated that this Tablet is quite effective to lint, rove clinical symptoms, lung function, immunity and life quality.
