摘要
目的 对椒目(Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.)质量分数为95%的乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法 椒目用质量分数为95%的乙醇溶液回流提取,减压回收溶剂后,得浸肯加适量水混悬,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,回收溶剂。所得各部分浸膏综合利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、重结晶等各种方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果 从椒目的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为;表儿茶素(Ⅰ)、槲皮素(Ⅱ)、24-烯-环阿尔廷酮(Ⅲ)、辛二酸(Ⅳ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the 95 % ethanol extract from the seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. Methods The seeds of Zanthoxylurn bungeanum Maxim. were extracted by 95 % EtOH under reflux. The EtOH was evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure. Then the residue was dissolved in water and extracted successively with petroleum ether, chloroform, EtOAc and n-BuOH. The EtOAc extract was further purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column and recrystallization. The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis. Results Four compounds are isolated from the EtOAc extract and identified as: epicatechin( Ⅰ ), quercetine( Ⅱ ), 9, 19-cyclolanost-24-en-3-one( Ⅲ ), octanedioic acid( Ⅳ ). Conclusions These four compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time.
