摘要
目的:观察一种新的活化T细胞膜分子p140在肝移植围手术期患者T淋巴细胞的表达。方法:用免疫荧光染色和流式细胞术观察p140的表达,并用移植肝病理检查证实急性排斥反应。结果:p140在肝移植患者淋巴细胞亚群及活化T细胞有弱表达,急性排斥反应时表达增强。结论:p140为一种新的移植抗原诱导的T细胞活化分子。有可能成为特异的移植物排斥反应的判别指标。
Objective ：To investigate expression of the novel membrane molecule p140 on activated T cell in the patients after liver transplantation. Methods： Immunofluoescence staining and FCM analysis were utilized to monitor the expression of p140, and transplanted liver biopsy employed to distinguish the allograft acute rejection. Results：it express weakly on T cell in the patients after liver transplantation, and express remarkably while they develop allograft acute rejection. Conclusion ：P140 is transplanted antigen induced T cell activated antigen,and is one of credible and specific guideline to distinguish and monitor allograft liver transplantation.
