摘要
为了解糖尿病时胃肠道肽能神经的改变,应用免疫组织化学及图像分析法对糖尿病大鼠胃窦部CGRP、VIP神经进行了观察和分析。结果显示,糖尿病大鼠8周时,胃窦部粘膜下神经丛、肌间神经丛的CGRP神经纤维明显减少。图像分析表明,CGRP神经的面积、VIP神经的面积、光密度、光密度积分均较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。提示糖尿病时胃部肽能神经的改变可能与糖尿病胃轻瘫有关。
The changes of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) nerves in the gastric antrum of diabetic rats were studied by immunohistochemical method and imaging analysis.In the submucous plexus and mysenteric plexus of gastric antrum of eight week alloxan induced diabetic rats,there was a significant decrease in the density of CGRP and VLP nerve fibers.Image analysis showed the area of CGRP and VIP nerves,the mean optical density (MOD)and optical density integral(ODI)of VIP nerves were much lower as compared with controls(P<0.05).The results suggest that diabetic gastroparesis may be relevant to the changes of peptideergic nerves.
