摘要
在纳米复合氧化高银杀菌粉体的制备中,分散剂是控制微粒粒度处于纳米范围最关键的因素之一。针对本反应的特殊性,从抗氧化稳定性和分散稳定性两方面进行了分散稳定剂的筛选工作。最终筛选出聚乙烯类非离子分散剂DJ2004为较适合制备纳米复合氧化高银粒子的分散剂。
Dispersing agent is one of the most important factors, which can control particles' size and prepare the multiplex nanometer silver( Ⅰ,Ⅱ )oxide. For this especial reaction preparing multiplex nanometer silver( Ⅰ,Ⅱ )oxide, dispersing agent was selected from two steps in this research which was its antioxidantion and dispersing stability. The result showed that DJ 2004, one of the unionic polyethylene type dispersing agent, was the more excellent agent that can be used to prepare multiplex nanometer silver( Ⅰ,Ⅱ )oxide.
