摘要
随着人们对轨道交通装备-铁路机车车辆和城市地铁车辆产品的性能要求越来越高,从而对新产品的试验手段和装备要求更高,为了满足铁路机车车辆和地铁车辆新产品试验需要,建立了六轴机车滚动试验台;结合工控机、PLC与DCS直流调速控制器的功能、工作原理和试验工艺要求,开发了六轴机车滚动试验台最关键核心的负载调节控制系统;经多次试验和使用证明,负载调节控制系统确保了六轴机车滚动试验台试验需要,技术先进、可靠、安全,操作方便、灵活,达到设计要求。
Along with the human requires higher performance for the railway transportation equipment (locomotive, vehicle and metro car), the test method and equipment for the new product is also requested higher. For satisfying the requirement of testing for the new products, the Roller Rig for Rail Vehicle was built. Have developed a control system of mechanical loading, which is the most important key focus for Roller Rig for Rail Vehicle, on basis of industrial control computer, PLC and DCS direction current v-regulation's function, working principle and test process requirements. It's proved by several times of test and practical use that this kind of control system of mechanical loading can satisfy Roller Rig for Rail Vehicle test requirements and design requirement and it's advanced, reliable, safe, feasible and easy to operate.
