摘要
以石煤渣为主要原料研制应用于工业窑炉的保温砖,是石煤渣综合利用的一种新方法。本文通过对石煤渣保温砖导热机理的分析,讨论了保温砖的物相组成、石煤渣及造孔物的掺入量、烧结温度制度等对试样导热系数的影响,分析了试样具有较低导热系数的主要原因。图5,表3,参6。
It is a new way for the comprehensive utilization of stonecoal cinder to develop thermal. insulating brick which is applied inindustrial kiln. By the analysis of the thermal conductive mechanism, the influences of the composition of substance phase of the thermal insulating brick, the mixing amount of stone coal cinder and hole-forming material,and the system of sintering temperature have been discussed. The principal reasons why the thermal conductivity of sample is low have been analysed. 5figs., 3tabs.,6refs.
