摘要
基础教育价格是指基础教育的受教育者在一定时期内购买基础教育服务所支付的全部资金的总和,基础教育价格是其内在价值的货币表现,是基础教育活动中投入与产出等式的经济表现形式。它对教育活动中的各方利益起着重要的经济调节作用,有助于连接供求双方与利益转换,使基础教育活动持续地发展下去。基础教育的定价方法有成分研究法、理解价值定价、需求差异定价、竞争导向定价。根据获益原则,在基础教育阶段,政府应尽可能全额支付购买基础教育的费用,即基础教育价格;而该价格之外的费用,由家长分担。
