摘要
北魏的法制建设在中国古代法制史上具有重要作用,它前承汉、魏、晋以来法律的精髓,后启隋唐以降中国封建正统法律的先河,为中华法系的正式形成起了重要的奠基作用。北魏的法制成就与孝文帝的努力密不可分。他进行了著名的法律改革,推进了北魏法制的封建化进程。
The legislative achievement of Beiwei takes an important role in the legal history of ancient China. It absorbed the essence of the law of Hart Dynasty and Wei and Jin period, and blazed a trail in Chinese traditional law in and after Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty. It laid an important foundation to the finalization of ancient Chinese legal system. The legislative achievement of Beiwei is closely related to the great efforts of its Xiaowen emperor.
