介绍了邮电部科学技术情报研究所文献馆会议文献的管理方法和其研制成功的计算机会议文献管理系统。
After many years' probe, a new method has been developed to manage proceedings by taking proceedings as a particular type of documents, selecting conference names as headings, building files for each kind of proceedings and creating an index catalogue of proceedings which can meet readers' requirements of retrieval in different aspects. A corresponding computer management software has been programmed and a creative and practical computer system for managing proceedings has formed. The system has been on trial for more than two years and has got good results.
