摘要
目的观察切开复位内固定方法治疗Bennett’s骨折的临床疗效。方法自1994年1月以来采用切开复位内固定方法治疗Bennett’s骨折46例。男37例,女9例;年龄18-72岁,平均22．8 岁。新鲜骨折37例;陈旧性骨折9例。结果定期X片复查,骨折临床愈合时间平均2．5个月,术后4 -6个月取出内固定物。根据拇掌腕关节的局部症状、体征,拇对掌、外展、内收等活动、X线表现及TAM 系统评定:优:34例,为73．91％;良:10例,为21．74％;差:2例,为4．35％。优良率为95．65％。结论采用切开复位内固定方法治疗Bennett’s骨折,复位、固定可靠,治愈率高,并发症少,疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of open reduction internal fixation in the treatment of Bennett＇s fracture.Methods Since Jan. 1994,46 cases of Bennett＇s fracture were treated by open reduetian internal fixation, which involved 37 males and 9 females; with an average age 22.8 years （age range, 18- 72 years） and 38 cases of fresh-fracture and 8 cases of old-fracture.Results The period of follow-up was 3- 18 months （mean 12 months） .All the patients had achieved fracture union at the 2.5th month averagely after operation. The internal fixation was removed 4-6 months after operation. According to symptoms and signs, the functional recovery of thumb and carpometaearpal joint,X-ray and TAM system,34 cases were evaluated as excellent, 10 cases as good and 2 cases as poor.The rate of excellent and good results was 95.65%. Conclusion The open reduction intermal fixation in treating Bennett＇ s fracture has the followiag advantages, satisfactory reduction, stable fixation, high unian rate and fewer complications.
