摘要
介绍了基于实时操作系统(RTOS)和可编程控制器 (PLC)的延弧充电回路自动控制系统的解决方案,并对方案中几处特殊模拟量信号以及对它们调理转换的实现方法进行了数学分析。该方案在西安高压电器研究所的成功运行表明:该系统在高电压、大电流、强电磁干扰的环境下,能够可靠地实现对延弧充电回路实时、有效的控制。
A solution to the automatic control system of delaying arc charge circuit based on RTOS and PLC is introduced in this paper. In addition, several special analog signals and the modulation method of the signals are analyzed. The success of the practical operation in Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute show that the system meets the requirements of reliable, real-time and effective control to the delaying are charge circuit in conditions of high voltage, high current and strong electromagnetic disturbance.
