摘要
在建设金融生态中,完善法律制度是改进金融生态的重中之重。运用新制度经济学的相关理论阐释金融生态环境建设的核心是法律制度建设,对我国的金融生态状况从微观、宏观经济方面进行深入分析,探讨当前我国金融生态环境在法律制度方面存在的诸多问题,并就如何在我国建立起符合市场经济要求的金融法律制度提出一些建设性的看法。
In establishing financial ecology, how to make legal institution perfect is the core of the issue. By exploiting related theory of new institutional economics, the author argues that the heart of establishing financial ecological environment rests on the legal institution building. In this paper, a deep analysis on China＇s financial ecological situation is made from the macro- and micro-economy perspective and the existing problems related to legal institution building of financial ecological environment are discussed. Furthermore, some constructive viewpoints are given on how to build China＇s financial legal institution complying with the demand of market economy.
