摘要
结合实际作战情况,给出了防空兵C3I系统生存能力综合评价的指标体系。利用AHP和D e lph i法进行权重的确定,并对定性指标的处理方法即D e lph i法进行了详细的介绍,对定量指标采用标准化值的方法处理,从一定程度上克服了专家赋值的主观因素,利用AHP法和模糊综合评判法建立了防空兵C3I系统生存能力的综合量化评估模型,最后以实例证明了其可行性。
The paper given the index system of comprehensive evaluation of survivability of air defence C^3I system in the light of real operational conditions. AHP and Delphi method are used in deciding the weights,and the quantitative index is processed by standardized value ,thus overcoming the subjectivity of assignment by expert in some extent. The comprehensiVe quantified evaluation model of survivability of air defense C^3I system is etablished by AHP and fuzzy integrated evaluation, finally the their fiasibility is proven by a real example.
