The global developing situation of ethylene industry was reviewed, and the main ethylene producing regions, countries, enterprises and plants were analyzed. The production and demand of ethylene and its ramifications were counted and forecasted. It was concluded that Chinese mainland and Middle East region will become the developing center of ethylene and petrochemical industry in the coming few years.
