摘要
抽油机示功图是了解井下采油泵工作状况的一种重要手段。现阶段的抽油机示功图大都采用有线方式测试。但是他们都存在一些缺陷,比如无法实时在线对示功图进行测试以及操作落后效率低等缺点。本文结合现今最新无线移动GPRS技术提出一种基于GPRS技术的无线在线监测方案则可以完全实现以往所不能完成的任务,并且具有工作可靠等诸多优点,应用前景广阔。
The indicator diagram of work is an important means to know about the working condition of the downhole pump. At present most of the indicator diagrams are tested through wire. But there are some shortages. For example, real-time online testing cann't be carried out, and they are operation lag and inefficiency etc. This paper brings up a wireless online monitoring project based on the up-to-date GPRS technology which can implement what cann't be done before. It is more reliable and has broad application prospects.
