摘要
基于特征晶体模型,用最小二乘法拟合了Au-Cu热力学相互作用方程参数。在此基础上研究了Au-Cu合金的生成热、组元活度和Gibbs自由能随温度的变化曲线,确定了体系固液发生成分不变相变点的温度,计算结果与实验数据一致。评估了Au-Cu体系相图,其主要特征与CALPHAD评估结果和实验信息一致。
The parameters of interaction equation of Gibbs free energies based on CC model of Au-Cu system were determined using the least-squares principle method. Then the curves of heat of formation, elements activities and Gibbs free energies of various phases varying with concentration and temperature were determined. Based on these, the congruent transformation point is calculated. The results are agree with experimental data. The phase diagram of the Au-Cu system was evaluated, and its basic characters are consistent with the evaluated phase diagram using CVM model and experimental information.
