摘要
利用计算机辅助工程技术对汽车空调上壳模具设计方案进行了模拟计算,并对结果进行了分析比较,得出了采用2个浇口的热流道较为合理的模具设计方案;采用CAE技术并结合实验设计方法对选定的模具设计方案以收缩翘曲量最小为优化目标进行了工艺参数优化,从可成型范围内找出了最佳生产工艺参数,即充填时间2.5 s、模具温度50℃、熔体温度205℃、保压时间12 s、保压压力120 MPa、冷却时间40 s。通过实际应用证明,CAE分析与实验设计相结合是一种经济、快捷的注射成型模具设计方法。
Computer-aided engineering technique was adopted to make analog computation over the mould design scheme for the upper shell of automotive air conditioner. Then comparison and analysis on the computation results was made. It was found that the application of hot runner with two pouring-head was a feasible design. The method of CAE technique in combination with experimental design was utilized to optimize the technological parameters with the purpose of minimizing shrinkage and warpage. The optimal manufacturing technique parameters within molding range were searched out, including filling time 2.5s, mold temperature 50℃, bath temperature 205℃, dwell time 12s, dwell pressure 120 Mpa and cooling time 40s.
