摘要
现代企业的竞争是人才的竞争,而激烈的市场竞争使得国企的人才大量的流失。流失的原因既有企业的原因,也有人才自身的原因,还有外部环境的原因。国企如何在激烈的竞争中吸引和留住人才,本文从战略和策略的角度提出了对策。
Nowadays, the competition of modem enterprises is the competition of talented-people, but the competition of market is so fierce that the talented - people of the state - owned enterprises are, largely lost. The reasons about loss of talented - people include not only the reason of the enterprise and the people, but also the reason of exterior environment.
