政府公共投资项目是改善经济发展条件,推动地方经济发展的重要项目。简述了公共投资项目效益的审计作用、审计目标、审计方法、审计内容,以及为发展效益审计必须做好的几项工作。
The government public investment item is very important to improve the economical development, especially to impel the local economical development. This article has emphatically summarized the audit function, the audit goal, the audit method, the audit content, as well as some steps to be followed for the development of benefit audit.
