摘要
以氰尿酸替代无机酸合成有机铅盐,选择具有协同作用的辅助热稳定剂和多种功能性助剂,通过合理配方和特殊工艺制成PVC塑料加工专用XDW高效多功能有机铅盐复合稳定剂。研究了主热稳定剂、辅助热稳定剂、助剂及润滑体系的选择对其热稳定性的影响。该产品热稳定时间长,同时具有热稳定、润滑、抗氧化、抗老化等多功能,可简化配料且无粉尘飞扬。
Inorganic acid is substituted with cyanuric acid to synthesize organic lead salt. Auxiliary heat stabilizer and multifunction assistants with synergistic effect are selected. Specially for the processing of PVC plastics, XDW high-efficiency multifunction organic lead-salt compound stabilizer is prepared by reasonable formula and special process. The influence to its heat stabilizing properties due to the selection of main heat stabilizer, auxiliary heat stabilizer, assistants and lubrication system is studied. This product has a long heat stabilizing time. At the same time, it has the multi-functions of heat stabilizing, lubrication, antioxidation and ageing resistance. The ingredients could be simplified, and there is no dust.
