摘要
南水北调工程是跨流域、跨省市的特大型调水工程,通过财务评价,对受水区配套投资筹集方案、供水水价及用水户对水价承受能力进行了论述。通过国民经济评价,说明南水北调工程效益显著,应尽快实施。
The project of South-North water transfer is a large-scale water transfer with cross provinces and cities. Through the financial appraisal, financing scheme, price of providing water and withstanding ability of water users for water price are discussed. Through the national economy appraisal, it explains that the benefit for the project of South-North water transfer is remarkable and the project should be implemented as soon as possible.
