摘要 通过采用计算流体力学数学模型对催化转化器内流场的数值模拟,并与实验结果进行比较,验证了模型的准确性。分析了不同的扩张管结构对流场的影响,从而得出入口扩张管形状对流动均匀性的影响。 A computational fluid dynamics model was used to simulate the flow field of catalytic converter, and which was compared with the experimental results as to demonstrate the model validation. The influence on the flow field from different diffuser was analyzed. As a result, the conclusion that the diffuser configuration affects the uniformity of flow field was gained.
