摘要
目的探讨SR-BI在胆囊胆固醇结石病人胆囊粘膜中的表达和分布,了解其与胆固醇结石发病之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测SR-BI在22例胆固醇结石病人胆囊粘膜(结石组)和13例非胆囊疾病病人胆囊粘膜(对照组)标本中的表达。结果SR-BI表达于胆囊粘膜上皮细胞顶侧,结石组的SR-BI表达显著低于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义。结论胆固醇结石病人胆囊粘膜上皮细胞中SR-BI表达减弱,可能在胆固醇结石发病机制中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of scavenger receptor class B type I （SR-BI） in the mucosa of patients with cholesterol gallstone; and analyze their relationship. Methods The specimens of 22 patients with cholesterol gallstone and 13 controls were studied by immunohistochernical method to detect the SR-BI protein expression. Results SRBI was expressed in the apical domain of gallbladder epithelial cells. The expression of SR-BI in gallstone patients was significantly decreased as compared with that in the controls. Conclusion The expression of SR-BI protein is decreased in cholesterol gallstone patients, indicating that SR-BI may have some effects on the pathogenesis of cholesterol gallstone.
