高温胁迫对不同衰老型小麦叶片中活性氧清除系统的影响 被引量:17

摘要 以衰老类型不同的两个小麦品种L14和935031为材料,研究了不同高温胁迫对小麦叶片中活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明:在轻度高温胁迫下,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性稍微下降;在严重高温胁迫条件下,SOD活性最终表现出减弱的趋势,CAT活性则有所上升;高温胁迫促使抗坏血酸(AsA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量减少。因此,高温胁迫导致活性氧清除能力的降低使叶片中活性氧大量产生,从而加剧了叶片细胞的膜脂过氧化程度,加快了叶片衰老的进程。早衰型的小麦L14叶片中活性氧代谢失调的程度比晚衰型的小麦935031更加严重,说明高温胁迫诱导的叶片衰老与活性氧清除系统的紊乱有一定的关系。 Two wheat varieties with different senescence-types, L14 and 935031 were selected to investigate the effects of different high-temperature on active oxygen metabolism. The results show that SOD activity is enhanced and CAT activity is dropped in leaf under moderate high temperature stress, and SOD activity is dropped finally and CAT activity is increased under severe high temperature stress, The severe high temperature stress results in decrease of contents of AsA and GSH. A great quantity of oxygen is produced in leaf because of the decrease of oxygen activity removal capacity under severe high temperature stress, which aggravates the peroxidation process of membrane fat of leaf cell and accelerates senescence of leaf. The imbalance of active oxygen metabolism in the leaf of wheat variety 1.14 was more severe than that of 935031, which shows that there exisits certain relationship between leaf senescence caused by heat-stresses and the disorder of active oxygen-quenching system.
