摘要
研制了一种由乳化剂、表面活性剂、溶剂、复合缓释剂及其它助剂构成的O/W型微乳液,研究了温度、水与清洗剂的复配比对清洗剂使用性能的影响。结果表明,该微乳液可替代汽油、煤油用于印刷机件上油墨的清洗,且防锈缓蚀和安全性能超过汽油、煤油等溶剂型清洗剂;清洗剂的使用温度和水与清洗剂的复配比对微乳型油墨清洗剂的使用性能有较大影响,适宜的使用温度以30℃为宜,适宜的水与清洗剂的复配比为(3.0~4.O):1.0;在水与清洗剂的复配比为4.0:1.0,清洗温度不低于25℃的条件下,对油墨的去除率超过95%。
A O/W micro-emulsion composed of emulsifier, surfactant, solvent, complex additive for preventing rust and corrosion and other additives was prepared. The influence of ratio on the removal of printing ink grease was studied. The result indicated that this micro-emulsion, as a new type detergent of printing ink, could instead of solvent cleaner such as gasoline and kerosene for the removal of printing ink grease. Its property for preventing rust and corrosion and safety was better than solvent cleaner such as gasoline and kerosene. The temperature and dilution ratio had great influence on its ability to remove printing ink grease. The optimum temperature and dilution ratio of water to detergent was 30℃ and (3.0 -4.0):1.0 respectively. When the dilution ratio was 4.0:1.0 and the temperature was not lower than 25℃, the detergent' s removal ratio to printing ink grease was over 95%.
